Recently, eight ministerial nominees were sent to the Senate for confirmation by Jonathan and no native of Abuja was among the nominees which prompted the suit.
The Abuja indigenes, in a suit filed at the Federal High Court, Abuja, by the General Counsel of the Original Inhabitants Development Association of Abuja (OIDA), Musa Baba-Panya are seeking a declaration that the indigenes of Abuja are entitled to ministerial appointments into the FEC.
