Following Muhammadu Buhari’s victory in the 2015
persidential elections, his fans and supporters across the country have
been celebrating in their own way.
Some have taken to the streets chanting Sai Buhari, while some others are carrying out mock burial ceremony for the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP).
In Kaduna, at about 11a.m. this morning, APC supporters commenced a PDP burial procession from Tudun Wada area of the state.
They
are heading to Murtala square. While the euphoric activity has been
generally peaceful, they did harass a few motorists on the Western
Bypass which is on their route.
Also,
youths in Borno state were seen this morning carrying a mock PDP
coffin. They proceeded to the Gwange Cemetery where they said they
intend to bury the mock coffin.
As
they proceeded to the cemetery, they were chanting R.I.P PDP in
Nigeria, R.I.P PDP in Borno, R.I.P Mai Malafa, R.I.P to Gambo Lawan.
