Hector Bellerin

A challenger has emerged to challenge Usain Bolt as the world’s fastest man on the planet. That player is an Arsenal FC right-back; Hector Bellerin.
Fans of the English Premier league and Arsenal FC will admit that Hector Bellerin is quite fast with or without the ball but none would have expected him to be faster than the man who is officially the world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt of Jamiaca.
New data shows that the former Barcelona youth player is quicker over 40m than 100m world record holder Usain Bolt.
During a training session Bellerin posted time of 4.42s over 40m. This time beats Usain Bolt’s record of 4.46s over the same length.

Bolt’s IAAF split time was only 4.64s when he ran a record of 9.58s at the World Championships in Berlin, meaning he would be lagging behind Bellerin

Back in June 2014 Bellerin dislodged Arsenal ace Theo Walcott as the club’s internal 40m dash record holder when he beat his record of 4.42s by 1/100th of a second.
Bellerin however is not recognised by FIFA as one of the top ten fastest players in the world. That list includes the likes of Walcott, Gareth Bale, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Wayne Rooney, Sergio Ramos, Frank Ribery, Antonio Valencia, Aaron Lenon and Jurgen Damm
Bellerin is a Spanish youth international has followed the path of his fellow Spaniards who left their homeland at a young age to prove themselves in the English league. Other players of follow such path are Cesc Fabregas, Gerard Pique and Fran Merida.
