Seriously? Mad Men do call winning lotto numbers to people?

I was just passing on my own jejely when I overheard a mad man calling out numbers. At first, I was wondering what could bring could bring them together.....After doing little research I confirmed it was lotto numbers the mad man was calling out ...I still find it hard to believe, how can a true mad man do that?
